Good food thrives from fresh, unadulterated ingredients. At Salin, cooking is done with this motto and that is how it tastes. Handmade and homemade do not necessarily mean classic home cooking. The kitchen team uses local products to make creative, sometimes exotic dishes that will keep you daydreaming for a long time. As weather permits, the beautiful sun terrace of Salin is recommended. Here you can enjoy your drink as well as the fantastic view of the main building of the old salt works. The ice cream lounge, newly opened in 2014, is as unique as the entire project. The "kiosk" with its interesting design offers not only the usual classics but also creative varieties such as Salzburger Nockerl, yoghurt honey or salty peanuts; these are, of course, created using finest ingredients.
