The Widder house with its classical façade has become a place of activity and residence of philosopher Gerhard Hofweber, who offers lectures and seminars every week. Classical architectural forms and clarity that interact with the ethics and beauty of the surrounding nature are the ingredients and spices of his events. The Dr Hofweber Institute for Philosophy and Economics located in Bad Brückenau encourages the participants of its seminars to think about the basic questions of human existence calmly and without distraction.
